Automated Security Systems

IAEME Publication | April 2020

In today’s world, convenience and security are top priorities, both at home and in the workplace. Automation systems streamline daily tasks by allowing remote control of appliances, while security mechanisms ensure safety and peace of mind. With increasing demand, these technologies not only reduce human effort but also enhance energy efficiency and security.

This project explores automation and security solutions, focusing on door control, gas leakage detection, and temperature monitoring, all managed through mobile integration for real-time control and safety.

This work was conducted as part of my Bachelor Thesis.

Tribox Innovation Practitioner

Deutsche Telekom AG & RWTH Aachen University

The Tribox Innovation Program, organized by Deutsche Telekom AG, T-Systems International, and RWTH Aachen University Business School, focused on fostering innovation through Design Thinking and Lean Start-Up principles. Participants engaged in problem identification, solution prototyping, business model development, and effective pitch delivery, collaborating with industry experts to create user-centric solutions. The program culminated in project presentations to senior executives and innovation partners.

After successfully completing and passing the Magenta Tribox, select participants advanced to the Blue Tribox, a prestigious next-level phase designed to further develop promising ideas. The Blue Tribox provides funding and structured guidance to refine prototypes

Reaching the Blue Tribox was a significant milestone, marking my transition into an exclusive phase where I had the opportunity to refine my innovation, validate its feasibility, and secure the resources needed to bring it closer to a market-ready solution.

Femtec Scholarship

Femtec GmbH

The Femtec Career-Building Programme is a highly selective initiative designed to prepare STEM students for the workplace of the future. Through hands-on collaboration, participants explore industry trends, develop essential soft skills, and engage with top-tier companies for career opportunities. A key component of the program is the Femtec Innovation Lab, where students tackle real-world challenges presented by industry partners.

As part of this initiative, I worked on a four-month innovation project with Daimler Truck, focusing on their entry into the decentralized energy supply market.he project took a holistic approach to eMobility Consulting, addressing key aspects such as routes, charging infrastructure, financial incentives, total cost of ownership, and operational systems. The project highlighted how the electrified depot of the future extends beyond trucks and charging infrastructure, integrating service models, IT systems, and operational efficiency.

This program provided a platform for innovation, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and strategic problem-solving, equipping participants with the skills and insights needed to shape the future of technology and mobility.
